Perfect Island & Golf Getaway!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, just steps from Ocean Point Golf Course also has a beautiful view of the ocean (and the course) from the deck. New owners gave it a complete facelift (paint, furniture, decor & more) spring 2021 and replaced the family room sofa and back deck furniture May 2023.
The kitchen is well equipped for making dinner in after a day of fun in the sun - whether the day is spent on the course or at the beach, you can have dinner and cocktails at home. Enjoy the quiet found at the “point” of the island and use the included, new 4-person golf cart for quick access to every amenity, restaurant, and beach access point this island paradise has to offer.
Primary Bedroom with ensuite bath has large windows with a gorgeous view, a flat screen tv, and king bed with resort inspired linens. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen tv, and attached access to the second bathroom. The family room has a 65" TV and is a comfy space with a beautiful view.
Flat Screen TV’s, a bluetooth speaker, built in USB ports, and Wi-Fi bring the modern conveniences that you've come to expect and will be some of the small reasons you’ll wish you could stay even longer.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. Contact the owner at 571-332-4032 for approval before booking. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Resort amenities include two 18-hole golf courses, an Olympic-size pool, an adult pool with beach bar, a 10 court tennis club, a fitness center, beach and bike rentals, several restaurants and an activity center. Through the marina you can rent a kayak or book an evening cruise on the Fripper to watch for dolphins. Additional fees may apply for some amenities and a Club Card is required. Club cards cost $55/person (fees) a week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39/person (+fees) a week the rest of the year. All guests 13 & up must have their own card. In order to go to the island restaurants all members of the party (13 & older) must have a guest card. A new fee will be charged in a ddition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, the amount will be 12.8% of the total rent for the stay.
Pets - allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

Summary: 137 Ocean Point Dr is tops. Great location, great views, comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the golf cart makes for the perfect escape. We enjoyed a great stay here last year making it easy for search it out again. Highly recommend.

Summary: My husband, dog and I all had a wonderful visit. The house is beautiful, roomy but not too large. Views are stunning and the closed deck and front courtyard were terrific for our dog. Both the owner Pam and property manager Mar nie were super helpful and responsive as we arrived during sone nasty weather, but all away well. I look forward to staying again!

Summary: We loved our stay at 137. We've been to Fripp a dozen + times and this gem did not disappoint. Relaxing ocean and golf course views, quiet street once it gets dark, perfect inside for a family of 4 or 2 couples. We usually stay on the other side of the island but really enjoyed Ocean Point. The private pool just 3 doors down was a nice treat as well.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It’s simply and beautifully appointed. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our meals. The gas grill is in great condition and clean. We spent our time on the deck watching the ocean and all the amazing wildlife. I loved drinking my coffee and enjoying nature every morning. This is my fourth stay at Fripp and this was my favorite house. We loved the northern end of the island. We definitely enjoyed the gated deck on the back of the house and the gated front courtyard area with a pet door for our furry family members. Thank you so much for opening your home and allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise.
